There are three levels of existential experience the author has conceived in the PsyYoga System:

1. The Physical Level.

2. The Soul Level.

3. The Divine Level.

Now let's dig a bit on the subject:

The Physical Level

At the Physical Level, we live by the aid of our physical senses.

We experience the world through the input received from our senses. That's fine with us, most of the time this is what happens, but, these experiences soon dissipate and disappear sooner like an evaporating water, they give a temporal high that's isn't  sustainable nor satisfying in the long run.

The more we depend on our sense organs for a satisfying life, the more the cravings.

This unlimited craving ultimately leads to frustrations.

Then we look a little deeper, we come to understand something: The things that serve us at a deeper-level give us a sense of sustainable satisfaction that doesn't dissipate instantly, doesn't addict us nor does it harm us.

Why do people look for some tranquility in life?

It's exactly for the same reason. To beat a nagging feeling of unmanageable or sometimes unknown frustrations, a feeling like one is going through a long endless tunnel.

Our thoughts and feelings ultimately search for something more lasting, some joy and happiness.

This isn't possible at the physical level, where instant gratification is the prominent element.

This ultimately leads one to the next level:

Let's take one step down within into the Soul Level.

The Soul Level

The mission is to step down within oneself to the soul level to truly understand one's soulful cravings that needs attention, to help experience an enriching life.

At this state, one will understand one's true purpose, the inner longings, the relationships, and finds harmony with one's inner self.

When we sync our thoughts and actions with our inner self, tranquility results.

The chaotic mind turns calm and tamed.

Pure bliss is experienced at the Soul Level.

The purpose of PsyYoga is to help the seeker get down to the soul level to experience this bliss. The pure bliss.

The sustainable bliss, sustainable joy, even when one is all alone.

We are all born alone and bid goodbye to this life alone, then, it’s sometimes becomes a necessity to be joyful when alone too.

Only then can we spread that joy to others when in the company of others so that they will naturally like us due to the joy we give them, that should on fact be the foundation of all bonding's, to spread the happiness and joy that is within us when we are alone onto others. They will love us for doing that. Meeting a giver. A giver of happiness and spreading that blissful aura around them, where ever they go. They are a real gem to be with. They have the power in them to turn thing around for others too. And one must be lucky to have such people as their partners, truly an asset.

When one is internally happy, that happiness can't be hidden. It shows up, somehow, so is sorrow, when one is internally unhappy, even that will show up,, in fact,  somewhere all the time, even one tried to put up a happy face.

The inner feeling and our outlook is what matters in the scheme of things.

Once in a while, we need to shutout all our attention to the outside world and focus our attention within ourselves.

Start an inward journey.

That's worth it and payback in multiple ways.

The sharp edges of some of our life’s events that left us a scar is smoothened out and the spikes of some of our behaviors and attitudes are shaped right during this inward journey.

When you seek to move inward, you'll know that there is a reason for everything, and you'll soon be in the path to discover that reason.

The efforts needed in Identifying that reason is say ninety percent. The solution is just ten percent.

Finding out the real unanswered questions deep within and looking for answers.

The answers are also embedded deep within all of us, that's the beauty of our creation.

All we need to do is to connect ourselves at the deeper level and then ask within ourselves and the answers surely unfolds

Practicing PsyYoga helps this inner journey and makes this inner journey easy,

Yoga is "Union" of the body and the mind.

And PsyYoga is the union of that body and mind with one’s unique psychology.

Two people's bodies or the two peoples thinking mind may be somewhat similar in a given geography within the typical socio, cultural and economic setup.

But no two people's psychology is the same. However.

Psychology is formed through each person’s unique life experience that they go through every moment in their life. And it differs considerably from person to person even among the same clan. Every emotion they experience adds up to their psychology, sometimes it adds up to positive psychology, sometimes negative. If it's positive it leaves a beautiful positive experience else it leaves a scar.

Thus, attaining a blissful life needs the harmony of one's body, mind and one's unique psychology.

That's the real equilibrium one should seek.

In this balance, one also connects with the infinite cosmos and start to understand that, we too are life form like  any other living being on this planet.

The only difference is we are a "Conscious Being."

Conscious with the power to ask.

The power to reason.

We ask when, what, why, how?

We all know that's what makes us a conscious being in the first place.

We are always inquisitive and restless that's how we are made, always eager to learn about the world around us, that seem to the purpose of our creation, to learn about ourselves and our world.

When we learn, when we realize ourselves and the world around us. We start to appreciate all this beautiful creation in ourselves and around us, then we proceed to look at thing at the cosmos and the universal scheme of things.

Here we get further astonished by the design of this massive universe and its scheme of things that run it.

It goes beyond our imagination and awestruck at the intentions behind that design, the intelligence behind that design.

Now, this should automatically take us to the next level:

Let’s take one more step within, from our soul-level where we deeply understand our-self to the cosmos level - called the Divine Level.

The Devine Level

Divine level should not be confused with the religious level, it's more than that.

It's nothing to do with any religion or religious belief system.

It's all about the reflection and celebration of divinity in all the beings and the celestial creations.

At this level, one comes to understand that the divine universe we see outside is just a reflection of our inner divinity that is embedded within all of us.

It's just like water reflecting the image of large mountain.

Thus, naturally, we are once again driven back to our inner embedded divinity once we observe and recognize all divinity around us. In all the creations around us.

That's why, we as humans, automatically look to be part of some religion or the other to vent out and to reflect that inner divinity, to express it outside.

This has happened for centuries and will continue to happen, even if our world is super developed technologically.

Because, that divinity is already there, let's take it or leave it, we have to somehow express it at some point in our life and are always looking for ways to express it.

Some express it in the form of dance or art. Others through their devotion to work.

We come to understand that everything has some sort of divinity attached to it.

Have a look at a fully bloomed rose flower for instance, when we observe its beauty and its fragrance, at some point of time, the divinity in it shows-up. That's the magic of creation.

Everything is open, yet everything has a deep secret imbibed in it.

What a lovely thought, what a lovely feeling.

Similarly,

The divine world is embedded deep within each one of us too.

It takes an earnest eye to see it and recognize it in the fellow beings too. Once this is seen, tolerance flowers, the pebbles transformation we presented in this blog is a representation of it. To help transform people to be more tolerant to each other, and resolve our differences and thus live in harmony. In pure bliss.

This divinity sits at the core of all of us.

This divinity within ourselves is often reflected as goodness to the larger world outside of us, and this goodness varies from person to person based on the extent of their influences.

So, that concludes our journey.

Now about our mission:

Everything we see on our planet Earth or Universe at large is purely Time Bound.

Meaning Time is the governing factor for our planet's rotation, revolution, sunrise, sunset etc., et all.

Our lifetime on this planet will not even be a speck of dot compared to the timeline of events that propel our universe.

Hence, it's an amazing opportunity to manifest our life in all the three levels viz the physical level, the soul level and the divine level to lead a blissful life.

Summarize

PsyYoga teaches the seeker to step-down one-step at a time within our self to get to the soul level first, and then when ready take another step within to discover our  inner divinity.

Once the inner divinity is explored and understood, it automatically reflects outside that person, he or she cannot hide it.

Inner divinity is manifested as a fearless state of being. Fearless and blissful.

And thus one cannot hide the blissfulness in that person’s life.

It'll show up one way or the other to brighten up the people around them and help others to lead a blissful life too.

Happy Days!
